Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. After 30 days, we are unable to process a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed or used parts
  • Electrical components that have been opened or tested
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Items without original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Please do not send items back without an RMA number — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different part or size, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for your replacement item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
