Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the continental United States:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at an additional cost.
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available for select items at an additional cost.

Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders. Check the current promotion details at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier's website or by logging into your account on our site.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. Some oversized or hazardous items may have shipping restrictions or require freight delivery. International shipping is not currently available — please contact us for special arrangements.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
